More exciting browser news. Opera has released a Beta build of their desktop browser with WebM playback support. They've even made their own WebM demo (about Norway, of course).

On a different news about encoders, XMedia Recode now supports vp8 encoding. It even works in an ok speed.I didn't know where to write this exactly, but it would be awesome if you could add it to the tools section.

Maybe someone should update http://www.webmproject.org/users/#supported_web_browsers then, since Opera 10.6 beta is much better than the labs version.
